What are the benefits of using DAVACO Sourcing?

How can my company become a supplier?

There are no membership or application fees.

How will you notify me?
You will receive notification by email that you have registered, and you will be asked to reply to DAVACO Sourcing to verify your email address. Upon verification, you will receive an email containing your user name and password details. At this point you are an approved member of DAVACO Sourcing.

What if I do not receive email verification?
If you do not receive an email containing your user name and password details, your registration form did not submit properly. Please try completing and submitting the registration form again. If this does not work please contact us at 1.877.987.4900.

I registered days ago and have not received my password yet. When will I get it?
Currently we review all information provided by new registrants before issuing a password. We will review your information shortly after it is submitted, and we should respond with a password and confirmation within three business days.

How can I recover a lost or forgotten user name and/or password?
Click on the Forgot Password option on the website, enter your email address that you registered with and click on the "Submit" button. Your user name and password will be emailed to you.

How can I change my user information?
Login to DAVACO Sourcing using your user name and password. Once you have accessed your company page, simply click the "Modify Profile" link. This will allow you to alter any information that you have provided to DAVACO Sourcing about your company.

How secure is the DAVACO Sourcing transaction site?
DAVACO Sourcing uses a third-party encryption hardware/software to protect member information. Along with the encryption software, password protection is used throughout the site. Each member must have a valid user name, password, and transaction password to post, bid or respond to offers. Our site is protected by the latest firewall system available on the market today.

Absolutely. This can be accomplished by updating supplier profiles, adding photos of products, facilities and locations.
